State Teams for 2021

The important question – are you interested in representing the ACT at the 2021 Nationals in Tasmania? Opportunities may still exist to field teams in the Junior, Youth and Adult (non-Senior) competitions. However, we need enough nominations to make a team before we can commit to sending a team.
The formal 2021 State Team selection process was run alongside the ACT Championships this year. Unfortunately, a limited number of nominations were received. We did receive enough interest in the TBA50 competition and I would like to congratulate the bowlers who have made the TBA50 State Teams:

Robert Douglas
Andrew Campbell
Rob Mason
Albin Zagar
Women’s Team
Janet Baker
Lee Auld
Jenny Burton-Douglas
Tina Hohmuth
One male and one female nomination each were received for the Junior teams. However, these are currently not enough to field a team in either division.
IF we can get enough interest to partly fill a team, the ACTTBA Board will work with TBA for options to ensure we can find eligible bowlers to fill gaps. For example – the Adult teams require an under-25 bowler to be part of the team and some discussions have already been held on ways to find the bowlers.
